1. No Returns on Opened Products
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Send photos and your order number to [email protected]
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund if the claim is valid.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted for:
Items not received after 21 days (after carrier investigation)
Duplicate orders placed in error
Wrong product shipped (unopened)
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Opened or partially used items
Customer error in entering incorrect address
Late claims (after 7 days of delivery)
